How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
We offer Free Shipping worldwide on every order with no minimum purchase required. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your package via the delivery company's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please send us an email to confirm the return address and details before returning.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
All orders are shipped on a "D.D.U" (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. NovixScreen is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs. You are responsible for paying any applicable fees determined by your local customs office.
When will I receive my refund and who pays for return shipping?
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these shipping costs are non-refundable.
